Inspiring people to produce great results from their know-how requires a mix of factors, from leadership and personal influence to relationships, strategy and meaningful purpose. Under the right conditions, collective intelligence can produce new ideas and superior results. But what creates the right conditions?

This conference aims to provide stimulating new ideas to create the conditions for engaging knowledge work. It will be particularly relevant to anyone addressing the challenge of change and inspiring people to achieve better results in their organisation. It will also stimulate understanding of how to engage others and encourage them to apply their expertise to new and challenging situations in a way that is mutually beneficial to themselves and the business.

All attendees will receive a free copy of the forthcoming book called Knowledge Works!

by Christine van Winkelen and Jane McKenzie published by Wiley. It contains a wealth of practical ways to identify and solve common organisational problems for better performance.
